Hydrophis has successfully completed its second wave of pilot testing 6 months ahead of schedule. We have made rapid and significant progress since Pilot 1 in terms of fine control of our precipitation chemistry, and product purities now exceed 97% for all 3 initial products. This is a real testament to the dedication and ingenuity of our team who have worked very hard to improve our sustainable mineral production process.

All products are being made through a continuous (not batch) process. This is essential as we prepare to scale up for delivery of our eco-friendly minerals to the wider market. During Pilot 2, the team devised process and equipment changes that slashed our energy usage, setting a new internal bar for sustainability. 

In early 2024 we will review the external laboratory results and devise follow-on experiments to drive further learning.
